How does it work?

You post a task with your pickup and drop-off points, timing, and your price. A nearby doer accepts, you pick who you want, and you confirm once the ride is done.

Is this a taxi or ride-hailing service?

No — Kwickly is a task marketplace. A person nearby simply accepts the ride you posted at the price you set; it isn't dispatched by an app algorithm and there's no metered fare.

Can I ask for a specific type of car, or space for luggage?

Yes — describe what you need in your task, and check the details with the doer in the app chat once you've picked one.

Does Kwickly verify the driver's license, insurance, or transport authorisation?

No. Kwickly verifies every user's phone number, and doers who set up payouts also complete Stripe identity verification, but Kwickly does not check driving licenses, vehicle insurance, or any passenger-transport authorisation. It's your responsibility to satisfy yourself about this before accepting a ride from anyone.

How is the price decided?

You set the price based on the ride you post, and a nearby doer can accept it at that price.
