Accountable by design
Task Doers are responsible for holding any licences, permits, insurance, and tax compliance their work requires, and Kwickly's Professional Responsibility Notice sets that out clearly. Kwickly doesn't background-check, license-check, or insure Task Doers — profiles show phone/Stripe verification status, reviews, and task history so you can make an informed choice before you book.
What happens if something goes wrong
If a Task Poster raises an issue before releasing payment, Kwickly reviews the available evidence — messages, photos, task status — and decides whether the payout should be released, delayed, or partially refunded. This is a platform decision and doesn't prevent either side from pursuing other remedies.

Are Task Doers background-checked?
No, Kwickly doesn't run background checks. Every user is phone-verified, and Task Doers who've completed Stripe payout setup are also identity-verified via Stripe — that covers identity, not a criminal record or background check.
Does verification guarantee the quality of the work?
No — phone and identity verification confirm who someone is, but they don't guarantee skill, licensing, insurance, or service quality. Reviews and task history can help you choose who to work with.
Is my payment protected?
Yes — payment is held through Stripe and only released to the Task Doer once you confirm the job is done.
Can I see reviews before I book someone?
Yes — Task Doer profiles display ratings and reviews as they're left, so you can check before booking.
What if I'm unhappy with the finished job?
Raise it before releasing payment. Kwickly will review the available evidence and decide whether the payout should be released, delayed, or partially refunded.
