Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

Kwickly pricing works differently from a typical marketplace: you set your own budget when you post a task, pay it at posting, and that payment is only released to the Task Doer once the job is confirmed done.

What affects the price you set

  • The type of job (cleaning, handyman, moving, and so on)
  • The size or expected duration of the task
  • Any materials or parts needed
  • How urgent the task is — same-day vs scheduled
  • Access details, like stairs or distance for moving jobs

Why pricing works differently here

There's no bidding war and no back-and-forth negotiation. You set your own budget when you post the task, and nearby Task Doers can accept it at that price. If more than one accepts, you choose who to work with — the price doesn't change during that process.

Typical price ranges to budget around

As a general guide, house cleaning in Lisbon commonly runs around €6-10 per hour, and handyman work around €25-45 per hour. These are market ranges to help you set a fair budget, not fixed Kwickly rates — other categories vary by job.

Frequently asked questions

Who sets the price — me or the Task Doer?

You do. You set your own budget when you post the task, and nearby Task Doers can accept it at that price.

Is there a platform fee?

Posting a task is free. Kwickly's fees are handled separately as part of how Task Doer payouts work.

How much does a typical job cost?

It depends on the job — as a general guide, cleaning commonly runs around €6-10/hour and handyman work around €25-45/hour, as a starting point for setting your budget.

Do I pay before or after the job?

Before — you pay your stated budget when you post the task, and it's held. That payment is only released to the Task Doer once you confirm the job is done.

Is there a subscription to use Kwickly?

No — there's no subscription. You only pay the budget you set for the tasks you post.
